On any page on the platform, the support icon is located on the bottom left corner of your screen.


Step 1: Click the 'question mark' icon to access the Support system. 



Step 2: Click Ticket from the Bottom menu

The ticket section allows you to properly fill out your complaint or enquiry.



Step 3: when this is Done, Click Submit to complete.
